This Privacy Policy informs you about how TKMS handles information collected on TKMS website. The content of this website is provided centrally by TKMS, so that website visitors can access information about the digital Brand portal of TKMS.

First name, last name, e-mail address, the internal contact person of the TKMS organisation (first name, last name, e-mail address) are processed. Contact with TKMS is possible via the e-mail addresses provided. In this case, the personal data transmitted with the e-mail will be processed for specific purposes in order to process your request. Your data will only be transferred to companies within TKMS Companies Group if it is necessary for the purpose of answering your inquiry.

The legal basis for processing the data transmitted in the course of sending an email is Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR with the legitimate interest of offering you our service.

The legal basis in connection with your registration is Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. For employees who already have a TKMS Microsoft account and use single sign-on, the legal basis is the fulfilment of a contract in accordance with Art. 6. (1) lit. b GDPR.

We process your data – if the processing is based on your consent – until you revoke your consent or until you object to it or for the purpose of your request until it has been completed.
